4 Ridge & barge capping as detailed on the Architectural drawings;

The proposed work includes the alterations and additions to a Class 1A dwelling which shall remain as a Class 1A dwelling. All work to be undertaken in
accordance with the current NCC guidelines, Australian Standards and Local Authority approvals. These works must be certified by a RPEQ registered REFER TO SURVEYORS DRAWING 10202 DET BY SKYLINE SURVEYORS
