As a novel to the internet    I found it very hard to find any form of application to your advertisement
in the Noosa News regarding the above YOUR SAY.

It is about time Noosa got into the 21" Century realising there are more ratepayers in the shire than
Tourist.

The second stage of the Civic Centre is desperately     needed, keeping JOBS and MONEY in Noosa and
not lost to Maroochydore      as it has been.

As we all know Queensland is Hot, Hot, Hot in the summer months and shoppers no longer want to
wonder in and out of air conditioned     shops, back out into the heat raising temperatures,   frustrations
and tempers, or do we need to wonder in and out of shops in the wet season. We need to shop in a
cool air-conditioned     mall. It's bad enough having to at the end of one's shopping spree, going out to
a Very Hot Stuffy Car that has been sitting in the hot sun locked up while we spend our hard earned
money.

Also Woolworths     needs to have a bit more competition     in the area, we need more economical
stores and less expensive small retailers who don't last the distance and only employ 1 or 2 staff.
