Dear Chief Executive Officer

I am opposed to the large service station development. What a beautiful
green belt we have and a feeling  that the environment and wild life are
Still of great importance. Once land that is zoned rural is allowed to
be developed it will then open the door for another and then another
until we

turn around and it will feel just like driving from Brisbane down the
Gold Coast. I hope we embrace this beauty and work to keep it .
