My address: 3/21 Myall Street, Cooroy
I would like to express my support for the proposed car wash in Cooroy. I think the site is suitable, central yet not obstructive to other businesses.and situated so that the business should hopefully be a success.
The area and surrounds is growing and needs new amenities such as a car wash to be closer for locals rather than taking our business to Noosa itself.
The business is following others of its type by being green and sustainable which fits with the ethos of Cooroy.
I understand it was suggested that an industrial area would be an option for this business.  To me this location would not be optimum for the business or its customer, at least not in Cooroy.
I was impressed with the fact that the proposed business developers made themselves available and accessible to answer questions and discuss the proposal and this transparency had just cemented my support for the submission.
