Dear Council,

A Mr. Milligan has applied to establish a poultry operation on 136 Top Forestry Rd. Ridgewood. (Application no. MCU12/0184). My daughter has a property on Belli Creek Rd. After they purchased it, she and her husband have been working hard on making it completely organic. Ridgewood is a lovely area, but now Mr. Milligan wants to expand his personal empire and add a poultry factory alongside his orcharding business. This factory will degrade Ridgwood in every way - visually, environmentally, aesthetically, morally, practically. Blackfellow Creek is already in a bad way with pollution and soil runoff. It will be made even worse if you do not stop this chicken factory. An entire area should not be made to suffer just so one person can make more money. You have already received many submissions opposing this disgusting enterprise, please add my objection to them.
