Hi Antoinette,

I don’t agree under the DA Rules the DA has lapsed.  In the time period allowed to refer from the 24 / 03/2026 issue of the Confirmation Notice 10 business days, notify Council 5 business days, and revive (if there are issues) 20 business days under the DA Rules - we are well inside the allowable timeframes as demonstrated.  

No confirmation Notice was issued by Energex as required by the DA Rules to confirm receipt.  Until we followed up, they had not read the email referral, and they have now issued their Decision Notice with Conditions ( outside of their assessment timeframe).  A missed referral Notice is the alternative solution, and the DA can continue.
