Thank you for contacting us in this regard.
 
The application for evidence of Resource Entitlement is currently with
PALM. They made a request for further information, which was forwarded to them
on 19/9/12.
 
I expect we will get a decision from PALM within the next week – hopefully
!  -  I believe there is some delays being experienced in processing
these applications.
 
An extension of 15 working days is requested to allow time for response
from PALM.
 
Could you please indicate if this is acceptable to council.

Rob, I left a message this morning
on your phone regrading this application but I have not received any response.
The time frame for the applicant to respond to the “Not Properly Made” letter is
due tomorrow. There is an opportunity under the act for the applicant and
Council to agree to an extension to this time frame. Can you reply to this email
if you wish to extend and provide an indication of the time frame you
require.
