Issue - plans
A building format plan has been submitted.  In order to assess the application appropriately, the proposal plans need to show the staging of the development and indicative building footprints as per the higher order approval.
Information Required
Provide an amended proposal plan that shows the proposed staging/proposed lot numbers.  Include building footprints relevant to the Material Change of Use approval. This is to be in accordance with the approved master plan – staging plan.

Issue – Community Management Statement (CMS)
A CMS is required to properly assess the appropriateness of the staging. Refer to the conditions outlined in approval 132007.738.04.
Information Required
2.	Provide a draft CMS that includes common property areas.
