4.1. Referrals
The application was forwarded to the following internal Council specialist:

5. CONCLUSION
The proposal is 3 storeys within the front setback and impedes some secondary views from
the neighbouring property. Should alternative options for a 2 storey built form be realised,
the same secondary views are likely to be impeded as impeded by that proposed. In this
context, and that the proposal will not dominate the skyline, the street, adversely affect
privacy or access to sunlight, the proposal meets the provisions of the Building Works Code
and is recommended for approval.
