    I wish to advise that Martoo Consulting has undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the

    above development application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009,

    chapter 6, part 4, division 2.


    The public notification included:


    ~1’Publishing   a notice in the Noosa    News on      29th October 2013

        A copy of the newspaper advertisement is attached to this notice; and



        Placing one (1)notice on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009
       from 29th October 2013 until 20th November 2013

        Photos of the signs erected on the land are attached to this notice; and



    ~GiVing notice
                a        to the owners of all land adjoining the land. A list of the names and addresses of the

        adjoining landowners and the date they were notified is attached to this notice.
