    Our firm has been       engaged as the town planning consultants for the lodgment and management
                                                                                                          under                   the
    development applcation currently under assessment by Sunshine Coast Council as the Assessment Manager
    Sustainable Planning Act 2009.


    In accordance with the provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the application is required to undergo public
    notification which includes giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the proposed development site.

    Public Notice for the above proposal is endosed to assist you in this regard.

          (c)      states the name and address of each person making the submission; and
          (d)      states the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds.
