8.    CONCLUSION
The proposed development has been analysed to provide design requirements to meet local and state
authority guidelines for stormwater quality and quantity outcomes.

A minimum 3,000 litres of rain water storage is to provided per dwelling and reused for non-potable purposes
to satisfy Council sustainability outcomes.

The proposed development can achieve the required design outcomes of the IPWEAQ by limiting site
discharge to Coral Tree Avenue to less than 50L/s during a 5% AEP Event and effectively maintaining site
stormwater discharge rates for all events up to and including the 1% AEP.
