Client must ensure 4 Council trees have been removed at least 4 weeks prior to Mackay and Sons delivery the house.
Approval to remove council trees is at the council's discretion and at owners' expense. Mackay and Sons will lodge the tree
removal application on your behalf.

Client must ensure trees on the property where the house is to be positioned have been removed at least 4 weeks prior to
Mackay and Sons arrival on site.
