Design Effluent       On-site effluent disposal required with tank water supply. The proposed office
Remarks:              and two studio cabins (east to west). Further to the west, the ridgeline
                      broadens to a planar flank. It is understood an AES (advanced Enviroseptic
                      system) is proposed for effluent disposal.

                      All three proposed structures could link to a common effluent disposal network
                      and disperse by gravity.

                      Design effluent loadings of -:

                       * office/cabin - 120 litres per day
                       * studio cabin - 2 persons/ 120 litres per person per day

                      resulting in a probable total loading of 600 litres/ day. The flank proposed for
                      effluent land application is represented by the soil category of 4/5 - clay
                      loam/ light clay. Detailed design report to follow, by others.
