1 Introduction

1.1 Project Description
This Waste Management Plan (WMP) has been prepared by RECOR for Material Change of Use (MCU)
Development Application for the proposed multiple dwelling development at 45 Maple Street and 9
Myall Street Cooroy. The site is formally described as Lot 15 on C5605 and Lot 18 on C5605.

The development consists of 7 x 1-bedroom and 12 x 2-bedroom units and an existing house, with a
total development area of approximately 2,498 m². The existing house has not been considered in this
report.

1.2 Basis of Assessment
This assessment has been based on the following documents:

     •     Drawings and site plans dated 10/06/2026
     •     Discussions and correspondence with the client.
The drawing number 1002 (Issue B) indicates the locations of the garbage and recycling bins. Please
refer to the architectural drawings submitted along with this report. This report further elaborates on
the garbage bin location and the proposed collection methodology.
