3  Details of Submission

   I wish to express my support for the proposed changes at 5 Opal
Street in Cooroy

   The venue already plays an important role in our community,and these
changes will help it operate more smoothly and in a more neighbour-
friendly way.

   Relocating the dining and smoking areas away from homes is a
considerate step, and I understand that acoustic testing has confirmed
it meets all requirements.

  What stands out to me is that the space continues to be used by local
bowlers and provides a relaxed family-orintated setting.

   That`s something we need to protect and encourage in a town like Cooroy.

    I think the proposed improvements are pratical and respectful,and i
they will help ensure the site remains an asset to the community well
into the future.

   With the propose changes to the bowling green it will still be well
within the required measurements for championship Lawn Bowl Green.
