Lodgement of Development Application
Material Change of Use for Community Use - Open Space – Type 1 Sport
and Recreation (Noosa Par 3 Golf Course extension) to be located at 2
Goldburg Court & 16 Goldburg Court, Noosaville being legally described as
Lots 2 & 3 on RP223289

Please find enclosed our client’s development application for a Material
Change of Use for Community Use - Open Space – Type 1 Sport and Recreation
(Noosa Par 3 Golf Course extension) to be located at the abovementioned
address. This application is made under the provisions of The Noosa Plan.

In accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the application includes the
following:

       IDAS Forms 1 & 5, duly completed;
       The town planning report;
       Relevant supporting documentation; and
       Owner’s consent.

Payment of $5,190.00 will be provided via cheque (posted on the 25 August 2014).
Please note that this is a reduced fee, with supporting documentation (email from
Council) attached as part of this application.

We note the requirement to provide mandatory information with the
development application. We confirm that the following information has been
provided:

       Site plan showing boundaries, north point, roads, structures, access points,
        car parking, refuse and existing easement details;
       A statement about how the proposed development addresses the
        planning scheme and other relevant planning documents; and
       Details about the intensity and scale of the proposal.
