There is a sewer line running along the south west boundary. !f council are prepared to work outside normal conditions and accept planting of trees inside the usual one (1) metre offset from sewer lines required then Acronychia impeforata can be planted along the south west boundary. 3. The landscaper (Place Planning Design Environmental) has indicated that the 600mm setback is not going to make a difference to the presentation of the landscaping and that his proposal will provide appropriate landscaping to enhance the streetscape quality. The shrubs proposed are narrow and will provide screening to between 1 metre and 1.5 metres high when mature. Gravel strips will be added at the edge of gardens to allow for car overhang of 600mm. 4. It is clear by inspecting the cell that flow rates will be sufficient. 5. The existing gully pit is being retained.
