I refer to the abovementioned development application currently in the Information Request stage with
Council.

On behalf of the applicant, North Coast Chiropractic Services Pty Ltd TTE, and in accordance with Section 52
of the Planning Act 2016, ADAMS + SPARKES Town Planning hereby give notice to withdraw the above
application.

In accordance with Council’s Schedule of Fees and Charges 2024/2025 as the application is within the
Information Stage, we formally request a 60% refund of the paid application fees ($61,575.75). Please begin
proceedings to organise for the $36,945.45 refund to be credited back to the originally debited account.
