The streetscape character consists of dwellings that are of a larger bulk and scale. The existing dwellings that
exceed prescribed storeys and are of a bigger bulk and scale, are still considered to achieve a high level of
amenity. The proposed development is considered to be compatible with the character and streetscape of the
local area.
