         ROBERT & CATHERINE MARTYR

         NOOSA HEADS QLD 4567

We wish to make an application to Noosa Council for a Material Change of Use

The proposal falls within a canal, so we require Owner’s Consent for the MCU

      2. for a material change of use triggered under the Noosa Plan 2020; AND
      3. made by the registered owner of freehold land adjacent to a CANAL within
the Noosa Local Government Area (or their nominated representative); AND
      4. the Landing is proposed to attach to that freehold land; AND
      5. for private non-commercial use

Please find attached the following documents for this application:
    1. Letter of authority from landowner.
    2. DA Form 1.
    3. Certificate of title.
    4. Engineered plans of the proposal; and
    5. Design certificate from RPEQ

We look forward to receiving Owners Consent so the application can be lodged with
Council.

Yours faithfully,
