In my view, the residents of this area are relatively poorly serviced in comparison to the communities in the Maroochydore or Caloundra areas, and I would support the proposal.

I note that there are some concerns about the retail space at Noosa Junction, but that development obviously does not community needs, given the empty shops that have long been a feature of that area.

If there are businesses that see the need, and are prepared to investment the funds in the new Civic development, then I would support it.
