RE:    REQUEST TO EXTEND DECISION MAKING PERIOD (S22.1 OF DA RULES)


Development Permit for Material Change of Use – Childcare (MCU22/0094) at 63 Hofmann Drive
Noosaville, also described as Lot 4 on SP322201 (formally Lot 3 on SP246584).


We write regarding the above-described development application and request to extend the
decision-making period in accordance with section 22.1 of the Development Assessment Rules
(DA Rules) until 21st June 2024.

accepting of the request.
