1 4.      Existing description of the subject land

 History of the Land

 The area of land currently known as Noosa Sound was developed as the Hays Island
 Development in 1971 as a result of a State Government development.
 Lot 32 ("the Park") was zoned "Open Space" in the 10 March 1973 Gazettal No.41 of
 the Town Planning Scheme for part of the Shire of Noosa. Attachment 1


 The development was gazetted No.42 on the 25th October 1975; as identified in the
