Bunnings Group Ltd’s applicant’s appeal period for this application is currently suspended to allow time for
change representations to be made and considered by Noosa Council. Currently the suspension of the
applicant’s appeal period has effect until 22 April 2024.
On behalf of Bunnings Group Ltd we seek Council’s agreement to a further extension of time in accordance
with section 75(4)(b)(iii) of the Planning Act 2016.
Pursuant to Section 75(4)(b)(iii) of the Planning Act 2016, we seek a further extension until 17 May 2024.
