In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU20/0002.01), on behalf of Stay Property
Group, we hereby notify Council that the applicant is suspending the current period in accordance with s.32
of the Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that applicant wishes to suspend Council’s decision period for 60 business days.
