SCOPE OF THE TREE PROTECTION PLAN
This Tree Protection Plan provides an assessment of five (5) trees (the subject trees) growing at,
and adjacent to the subject site, where the development proposal for the site includes a
proposed deck and supporting structure, with associated landscape planting and soft works
This Tree Protection Plan has been prepared to meet the following objectives:
• Make recommendations for protection of the subject trees as appropriate.
The following plans were considered in the preparation of this plan:

Amendment 2)
As part of the Proposal to install a lift from the level of the previously approved terrace deck
level, to the main floor level of the existing house including a modest extension of the existing
main house deck this tree protection plan has been amended as required.
The following Drawings mentioned above have been amended to accommodate the
changes.

• MB12PR31_J superseded by MB12PR31_L
• MB12PR36_E superseded by MB12PR36_F
• MB12PR38_C superseded by MB12PR38_E
