 PAYMENT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRIBUTION
   i. The financial contribution is payable in accordance                  with this Infrastructure
      Agreement.
   ii.   The due date for payment of the financial contribution is: before the change of
         use happens
  iii.   The contribution is to be paid to Noosa Council.
  iv.    Payment of infrastructure contributions         by credit card transaction will not be
         accepted.
   v.    Please contact Council directly via telephone on: (07) 5329 6211 or 5329 6449
         during office hours or alternatively via email: [email protected]   a minimum of
         5 business days prior to payment of the infrastructure contributions for the current
         indexed amounts applicable at the time of payment.
