 I write to formally lodge my support of the proposed development           at Peregian Beach. I work in
 Peregian Beach and support the short stay and permanent             accommodation   options, as I believe
these are both needed in this area.

The design has captured the village atmosphere and as it is set back off David Low Way, the
plans look suitable and the motel, units and houses are an appropriate         use of this vacant land.

The proposed development          will also provide an opportunity   for people to move closer to
amenities such as the Village shops, cafes, the supermarket.          There does not seem to be many
opportunities       like this in the Peregian Beach area and it is my opinion this development   will
address this shortage for both residents and visitors.
