We are the Directors of 356 Silverfox Pty Ltd as Trustee for The Silver Fox Trust and JH Properties Pty Ltd ATF
John Haines (Jr) Family Trust which are the owners of the premises and land at 23 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa
Heads.

Please be advised that RG Strategic will now be acting as the planners on our behalf. for the abovementioned
application. To facilitate this change please find below our consent and an amended DA Form 1.


As prescribed section 52 of the Planning Act 2016 we are changing the particulars of the application and
hereby consent to RG Strategic making a development application on our behalf for the abovementioned
use on the described lands.
