The subject site is situated at 39 Duke Street, Sunshine Beach, and is described as Lot 387 on RP48112.

The site comprises an area of 707m2 and is currently occupied by a dwelling. The site has a road frontage
to Duke Street of approximately 15m.

The site falls to the street frontage and has available connection to established physical infrastructure
networks including telecommunications, water, and sewer.
