5.1 ARCHITECTURAL

Proposal plans prepared by Kidd & Co Designers are attached. The plans include a site plan, survey plan,
floor plans, roof plans, elevations, and section plans. The plans demonstrate that the proposal results in
an attractive built form and facade to all road frontages and complements the character of the locality and
surrounding buildings, whilst taking into consideration the site characteristics.

5.2 TRAFFIC

Traffic engineering advice prepared by RoadPro Development is attached.           This advice confirms the
suitability of the proposed development form a traffic engineering perspective.
