Following discussions with the suitable tenants, Saturate expressed interest in taking the
subdivided section of Tenancy A and Anson MaCade were satisfied with Tenancy B.
It is the view of Colliers that the following tenant applications be accepted. Individual support
letters have been provided for each tenant:
* Tenancy 8: Anson McCade
e Tenancy A: Subdivide tenancy into Al & A2
© Tenancy A-1: Saturate
e Tenancy A-2: Vacant - Continue to source the most appropriate tenant.
We again thank you for the opportunity to work alongside Noosa Council to find a suitable
tenant for the Peregian Digital Hub. Having followed the Council's due process and having
assessed the potential tenant against the Council's criteria, we strongly support the application
of the two applications and can be called upon anytime to provide further feedback.
