It is noted that the application seeks approval to use the existing house on the site for short term
accommodation. Review of aerial photography and a subsequent site inspection have identified that
works have occurred to the dwelling in recent times. It appears that the works occurred between
2011 and 2013 however Council does not have a record of any building approval. At the site
inspection it was identified that works have also occurred in the subfloor area.
