                 Further to Councils information request issued 2nd December 2022, Council has identified that
                 further information is required to enable assessment of the application.
                 The additional information required is set out below:
                 Issue – Ecological Assessment
                 The submitted application material has not provided an ecological assessment in accordance
                 with the Planning Scheme Policy 3 – Ecological assessment guidelines. The development
                 proposes to clear vegetation identified by the Noosa Plan 2020 as biodiversity significance,
                 ecologically important areas, koala core habitat, protected areas, ecological linkages and
                 connecting habitat.

                 Information Required
                 1.     Provide an ecological assessment undertaken by a qualified person in accordance with
                        the requirements of the Planning Scheme Policy 3 – Ecological assessment guidelines.
