1.0 Introduction

This traffic report has been prepared for Noosa Council in relation to the proposed Cooroy Hinterland
Playground at Marara Street, Maple Street and Lower Mill Road, Cooroy as shown on the Robinson
Architects plan at Figure 1, and the carpark proposal plan shown at Figure 2.

The issues addressed are carparking provisions, impacts on the broader road network, and traffic layout
