ocal Laws ocal Laws — Undertake a review of Council has agreed to adopt the Model Local Laws (MLL) Disaster
ouncil’s local laws as Noosa Shire Council’s local laws. The use of MLL Management &
requires drafting of Subordinate Local Laws (SLL). ;
On Track A first draft of all 6 subordinate local laws was completed pic Order
on 6th Jan 2015. The next step is a report to Council in anager
February seeking approval to take the draft SLL out for
community consultation.
