4. Completed Projects
While the 3rd quarter continues to experience constraints with ongoing contractor, resource and
material shortages, lengthy lead times, ongoing pricing increases, and extensive wet weather
impacts, 48% of the 2023/24 capital budget has been expended.

The Project Control Group and Capital Works Executive have continued to enable staff and
Council to make informed decisions that relate to projects being delivered throughout the year.

This quarter has seen the successful completion of the following key projects:




Tewantin Memorial Park Pathway Upgrade
