registered office at 19 Elkhorn Avenue, Surfers Paradise in the
State of Queensland (hereinafter with its administrators and

assigns called "the Grantor.") being the registered proprietor

of an estate in fee
liens and interests

hereon in all those

simple SUBJECT_HOWEVER to such encumbrances
as are notified’ by Memorandum endorsed

hereto IN CONSIDERATION of its consent to Plan of Subdivision

Number 154227 by NOOSA SHIRE COUNCIL \(hereinafter with its

successors called "the Grantee") DO HEREBY GRANT to the Grantee

its successors and assigns full and free right and liberty from

time to time and at all times hereafter to enter upon all those

parts of the said lands described in the said Schedule (which

servient tenements") and to construct lay down and keep and

and through which the said sewers drains and pipes shall pass with
or without architects contractor or contractors and its. ana their
engineers surveyors servants workmen and agents and other persons
authorised so to do by the Grantee and with or without motor cars
lorries waggons trucks trollies and other vehicles machinery materials too
things and to open and break up the soil of the servient tenements
or any part thereof as well the ‘subsurface asthe surface thereof
and to bring and place in and upon the servient tenements or any

part thereof and remove such materials machinery tools “and other
