generating use (than warehouse), it will be responsibility of that applicant to assess the impact
of use on the road network.

6.2.           Development Scenarios
TTM will assess the following scenarios:

         2009 AM and PM Base Case (for comparison purposes);
         2019 AM and PM Opening Year Base Case;
         2019 AM and PM Opening Year Development Case;
         2029 AM and PM Opening Year Base Case; and
         2029 AM and PM Opening Year Development Case.

Traffic volumes for the 2019 and 2029 future cases is shown in Appendix D.
