    4    STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED FINANCIAL POSITION FOR THE 2020-21 FINANCIAL
         YEAR
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Jurisevic
         Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
         That Council note the report by the Manager Financial Services to the Special Meeting
         dated 30 June 2021 and pursuant to section 205 of the Local Government Regulation
         2012, note the Statement of Estimated Financial Position for the 2020/21 Financial Year
         which is provided as Attachment 1 to the report.
                                                                         Carried unanimously.



    5    ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
         Council Resolution
         Moved:           Cr Finzel
         Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
         That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Special Meeting dated
         30 June 2021 and adopt the Noosa Council Organisational Structure as set out in
         Attachment 1 to the report.
                                                                         Carried unanimously.
