Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Council’s assessment of the submission: • IDAS Form 1, • Certificate of Title, Survey Plan and signed Landowner’s Consent, and • Town Planning Report and supporting Appendices. We look forward to Council processing the application at its earliest convenience. We have assessed the application fees as $5914 less 25% for existing building = $4,435.50. We believe that this fee is excessive for the assessment required for this very minor application relating to a
small tenancy in Hastings St. We request that Council reducing the application fees by 50% to $2,957.00 as
recognition of the cost recovery required for this applications assessment.
