        As previously discussed, Council request that the construction access to the retirement village on Walter Hay Drive be
        removed, and a formal letter will follow.

        Further to this letter, it is acknowledged that access to undertake the pedestrian link from Noosa Northrise to Walter
        Hay Dr is due to commence for pre load this year, and Council acknowledge that these works would happen
        concurrently with the access road removal, hence the timeframe in our letter indicates removal by 31 December
        2010. In addition it is acknowledged that access to the remaining stages of the retirement village will be required to
        be arranged prior to those stages commencing. Council have discussed this within the Operational Works Branch,
        and agree that an access off Eenie Creek Road, with the appropriate sight distance investigation and access controls,
        would be appropriate.


        Can you please contact me prior to commencing any of the above works to arrange for updated Pre-Start site
        meetings.
