        It is proposed that this EMP will be attached to all tender documents provided to contractors and
        compliance with the EMP will be a condition of contract.

        The Principal Contractor will be required to appoint a Site Environmental Officer (SEO), with
        qualifications in environmental management and with relevant experience, to manage environmental
        issues during the construction phase. The SEO is to be delegated sufficient authority to ensure full
        compliance with the EMP. Key personnel proposed as part of the implementation of the EMP are set
        out in Table 1-2.
