conditions arising which contribute to the spread of fires.
Responsibility: Developer, Bodies Corporate, Site Manager, Individuals.
Management Actions:
Developer to:
1. Provide all Bodies Corporate with the Fire Management Plan and a Bushfire Information Kit to
be prepared for each lot. The format and content of the Information Kit is to be agreed with

For Developer and Bodies Corporate: (the following are to be incorporated into the Community
Management Statements);

accordance with the Fire Management Plan and Ecological Restoration Plan.
2. The Developer and then the Bodies Corporate are to ensure the adjacent areas of POSCWP

Fire Management Plan. This can be achieved by:
• engaging a qualified person to rassess the available fuel loads within all POSCWP areas on
an annual basis after the fire season (refer Fire Management Plan);
• ensure that direct and un-impeded access for fire control is available through the RHD area
at all times;
• The Fire Management Plan provides direction in terms of on-going fire management;
• Management of fuel load within the POSCWP areas is to only be by hand removal.
Controlled burns are not proposed for this area; and
• Fuel loads are not to exceed 10tonnes/ha.
Performance Requirement: Fuel loads to be maintained so as not to exceed 10 tonnes per hectare.
