openings.
69. Storm water retention systems, gross pollutant traps and bio-retention basins must maintain a
minimum clearance of 1.5 metres from Council water supply and sewerage infrastructure.
70. Landscape planting within 1.5 metres of Council sewerage infrastructure must be Council
approved varieties and low growing when mature.
71. The level of the existing sewer manholes must be adjusted to suit the proposed finished

provided over Council sewers greater than 3.0 metres deep (where approved by Council).
Easements must be located centrally over the main.
75. A registered easement shall be created over any stormwater drainage pipes within the site
that collect stormwater from a Council road or convey stormwater from any adjoining property
(for example, where drainage pipes are provided within the site to prevent adjacent properties
from additional ponding/flooding due to the subject site being filled).
76. No building or other structure shall be constructed or encroach into an easement.
Construction Issues
77. A Traffic Management Plan for the each construction phase of the development shall be
submitted to and approved by Council at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of
