Good Day Michael,

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of David and Penelope Gibson, and Woodburn
Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 144 669 849), we hereby submit an Operational Works application in accordance with
s.51 of the Planning Act 2016.

This application is being resubmitted to Noosa Council under an application for a Development Permit for
Operation Works as advised by Kerri Coyle in relation to OPW21/0050.01 (previously submitted as a Change
Application).

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Council’s assessment of the submission:

          • DA Form 1,
          • Town Planning Report and supporting Appendices.

We look forward to Council processing the application at its earliest convenience. As confirmed in via email
on 27th April 2021 by Justine Elder, the fees previously paid to Council for the Change Application will be
transferred to this application.
