Hi Richard,

 

Thanks for clarifying that. In further review of the car parking on site, it is agreed that the subject tenancy has 4 dedicated car spaces as per the use area, further it is agreed that the space in front of the roller door can be conditioned accordingly to be included and provided as a space for the use as suggested within the proposal. 

 

In regard to the revised suggested staff and student numbers, Council would be seeking a 15 minute break between each class in combination with the staggering of classes to allow for car parking and vehicle movements to work effectively on site.

 

In discussions with the manager, this is considered suitable for recommendation to Council. 

 

Would this be suitable and agreed upon by yourself and the proposed business use for recommendation to Council?

Based off the proposed below, 2 x 3 student classes (6 students) and 2 staff with staggered classes, can you please clarify the staggering of class times throughout the day. 

As an example, in providing a table of both classes and the subsequent class times of each class throughout the day will assist in determining the function of the car parking and vehicle movements on site.
