To the Asset Manager at Noosa Council and all parties involved,


This is formal notification of my objection to the above proposed development by Martoo Consulting,
located at 1/20 Nannygai Street, Noosaville. I have owned a neighbouring property for the past 13 years
and oppose this development.

I am not sure if this residence has already engaged short-term accommodation as there has been an
incident already with excessive noise and disruption regarding the activities in the backyard.
As I am in close proximity to their outdoor living space it can be quite a major disturbance directly to my
bedrooms and outdoor living space.
Our property is situated between 2 short term stay businesses and from time to time there is excessive
noise levels but with onsite managers there to contain this it gets handled appropriately and is
acceptable. I am concerned that this property will not be managed onsite and any disturbances are
unable to be contained.

I understand we live in a community and need to compromise however I believe that a decision for this
short term stay accommodation will directly affect the loss of peaceful and quiet enjoyment of my
property.
