    3      PETITION: REQUEST FOR COUNCIL TO AMEND THE SUBORDINATE LOCAL LAW
           2 TO REMOVE THE OFF-LEASH AREAS ON THE FORESHORE AT URUNGA PDE,
           BOREEN POINT

           Seconded:          Cr Wilkie
           That the petition signed by 30 people tabled by Cr Stewart requesting that Council amend
           the Subordinate Local Law 2 to remove the off-leash areas on the foreshore at Urunga
           Pde, Boreen Point, be received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine
           appropriate action.
                                                                            Carried unanimously.
